Last minute planned trip for the family to Cairo. Contacted Hesham via Synotrip and he responded within 10 minutes. He suggested a four day itinerary  in Cairo and Alexandria which he and his team planned from airport pick up to airport drop off. A wonderful and comfortable trip in an aircon mini bus with an excellent guide (Emad) and an experienced driver (Mohamed).Got the maximum sightseeing done during these four days which included camel rides and visiting the Great library of Alexander.

Hesham was unavailable, but his colleague did a great job of showing me around Cairo during my day-long layover. He was happy to work with my schedule limitations and very informative. The driver he provided, Ahmed, was wonderful. Would highly recommend.

Hesham and his team are very proffessiona. I was in Cairo for a couple of days and I had to move to different cities around Cairo. The made it really easy. No problem with them. They also have reasonable prices. I deeply recommend working with them.

A great service - thank you. I made a last minute decision to go for the afternoon to Saqqara. I got in touch with Hesham who responded immediately, arranging  a "driver" immediately. It was Hesham's first cousin Mohammed to took me.to Saqqara, stoppoing at Giza on the way. I wasn't looking for a "tour guide" and Hesham understood that but Mohammed is in a different league; an archeology graduate with extraordary english and hugely informative about everything from the history of the Pyramids to current affairs etc. I could probably have done without the visit to tht papyrus and perfume centres (especially as the guides there were so lame by comparison with Mohammed) but I would recommended both Hesham and Mohammed to anyone looking for a modern comfortable and genuinely educational experience.
