Bella is a very kind, smiling, enthusiastic, well educated and cultured person. She assisted me during a technical meeting with a local supplier and was able to translate accurately the discussion. She also helped me prepare the meeting, confirm the appointment, check the road and offered her help to follow up after the meeting. She has a rich knowledge of the chinese culture, traditions, places to visit, food to try. My only regret was to not being able to spend more time discovering Nanjing with her. I will not hesitate to contact her again for my next trip to Nanjing or around.

I've contacted Bella during my last business trip in Nanjing and was very happy of her service. She speaks good English and was very helpful as an interpreter since she studied before the subject and knew many technical words. Always smiling and in a good mood, took me around Nanjing in my spare time making me discover hidden places and authentic Chinese restaurants. I will definitely contact her on my next trip and recommend her for anyone who is traveling to Nanjing both for business and leisure.

I'm very glad have chance to visit China, and appreciate Bella help me understand Chinese culture objectively. Her introduction is professional, and price is reasonable. I spend three and less money visiting Nanjing's buiding, historical remains and landscape.  It's an exciting and unforgettable trip in my mind. Bella is the best guard I saw and I'll invite her visit America if possible

As a UK based university lecturer, I had the opportunity to visit China this year on a one month research leave. I hired the services of Bella Chow as my tour guide throughout August 2012. Having used tour guides before, I know a good one when I see one. I can say with all confidence Bella did not disappoint. A consummate professional, Bella took the initiative to ask questions weeks in advance of my entry to China. This allowed us to fully understand each other and for her to integrate my intentions into a workable schedule.

Bella's plans worked to perfection, and I was able to research all I had hoped for, visiting places for just the right amount of time before moving on. The groundwork had already been prepared by Bella for the smoothest of operations. To add to what is a top class service, Bella is a positive character, patient, trustworthy and friendly. She even manages to add surprising little treats during our tours by bringing delicious pancakes and sweet tofu drinks for breakfast on long coach journeys. What a wonderful gesture!!

I highly recommend Bella to anyone wishing to travel or do business in China.
