Demi was knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. We were travelling with 11 people ranging from the ages of 13 to 84. We only had a full day in Beijing and decided to only visit the Forbidden City and Great Wall of China.
She purchased our tickets in advance and explained to us the history of the Forbidden City. We asked for a quick over review and that is what she gave us since it was 0 degrees outside and windy.
At the Mutianyu entrance of the Great Wall, she introduced us to a simple but delicious meal of noodle soups and dumplings. Everyone enjoyed the meal.
We all took the chair lift up to the first tower of the Great Wall. Since we were traveling with older parents, she stayed with our parents at the 1st tower and rode down with them while the rest of the group explored the wall and took the toboggan down. The toboggan ride down was enjoyed by the adults and teenagers in our group. I would recommend taking the toboggan ride down.
After our full day tour, Demi walked our group to our reserved restaurant which we would not have found without her. Read less
