It was a great surprise to have known you, when Junior hired a translator,I can not imagined you were so specialized, good people, a true friend sister, and moreover had the pleasure to have known a great friend a big brother also  JHONNY DEP a very special person, relaxed, uninhibited friend, not ashamed of anything much like me. I have to say that was my first trip to China and it was very unbelievable, could not be better, now you guys are my brothers and you are in my heart, I will never forget you guys, we will be together in plays and in business, it is possible at all, like a lot of you and will be back soon.

When I came to Guangzhou I had no idea that the language barrier would be so severe. I never imagined that most of the people would not know English. Moreover I had to look for a place to stay. It was a real mess. Then I contacted Cindy Wei- I wrote her an email very late at night because I was still adjusting to the time zone. Surprisingly she answered in a few minutes and we set up a meeting. She was to help me look at some apartments to rent near Sun Yat-sen University. We spend two days visiting all kinds of places. During this time she helped me in every possible way - looked for adds on sites late in the night, translated really well, took me from one place to another via the fastest route, she even bargained with huge success on my behalf. Thanks to her I was able to find a very nice and affordable home in the vicinity of the University. But the road there was not easy. It were the hottest sunniest days in Guangzhou and we had to visit and average of 7-9 places a day in different parts of town. She handled this very well and never complained and the end result was more than satisfying. Moreover she is also very friendly, unbiased, knowledgeable person and made the whole experience seem really easy and pleasant. I would recommend Cindy Wei to anybody that is searching for a great guide in Guangzhou. If I ever need a guide here again (hope not :D) Cindy Wei will certainly be on the top of my list; Would recommend her to just about anybody.

First of all, I am writing to say how much we appreciate and happy with her great services in tour guide, factory sourcing and finding manufacturers, enjoying getting restaurant with great taste of Guangzhou, etc.
We arrived to Guangzhou but as we cannot speak in Chinese, we face a bit difficult. Then, from this great site, we found Ms Cindy and then got a contact with her as well.
We can meet a lot of manufacturers which meet our needs at all. She used her best endeavors at all times to help us during in Guangzhou conscientiously and expeditiously. She is not only an excellent tour guide but also a highly competent and professional secretary for our business trip.
She is a good time-keeper and is also very personable, friendly, sociable and quick to share in a joke. It was a very great meeting with her in Guangzhou.

Cindy from Gowetrans, what a wonderful service she offered me. 

As I began my research for my first time journey to Guangzhou, I did my research and found out that communication will be a barrier, which would in turn result to a difficulty in me navigating my way around and also communicating with my to-be-suppliers. I immediately started a search for a guide/translator/buying agent. I went through a lot of sights, including synotrip. I immediately liked synotrip because it their agents were registered. on synotrip i browsed through may profiles and was immediately drawn to Cindy's one, not only because of her sense of fashion (im a fashion buyer) but also because of the feedback from her previous clients. Her profile was the 7th on the first page, which made me appreciate the quality of the agents synotrip offers, as i didn't have to search through thousands of profiles to get her oh the site.

I sent her a message through the site, and it wasn't long before she replied. We immediately started talking business and she was amazingly quick to respond to my requirements. within long, before i left my country, she had prepared a whole itenary of the suppliers we had to visit, where they are located and how we would get there. She even scheduled in the lunch and dinner times!! I was impressed.

we kept in touch with me, daily on Skype and via mail/we chat. anything I needed, she was quick to respond. I set off to China, and finally met her. We immediately clicked, which was great. Her energy was amazing and was very freindly. She took time to listen and understand what i needed.  We really soon became like friends, who had known each other for a while. the hotel that i had booked weeks before my travel, was a bit far from where the suppliers were located...she immediately suggested that i move closer and took care of my hotel booking and transportation requirements. 

She truly didn't waste time in getting me in touch with great suppliers! I stayed there for 6 nights, and in all this time we visited many markerts and wholesalers. and I stay state that the first supplier she introduced me to, where i did 95% of my purchases, is still the best in terms of price and quality of the items.

She definitely went the extra mile to ensure that I was confortable, happy and that I got everything that I set out to China to get. I actually got more that I imagined i would get. 

The day before I left we had supper and she helped me with my packing and getting a cab to the airport. She made sure i was on the cab to the airport on that morning and was the first to ask if i arrived well back home :D

The shopping didn't stop there, when i got back, I was able to tell her to go back to some of the supplier and  buy some stuff for me that i wanst able to buy when i was there. She did it and even sent me pics of the items before closing the deal on my behalf. She is simply amazing. 

She made sure that invoices were made given, sometime in English! once finalized, she got incontact with the shipping people and got quotes for me. She finalised the quotes and shipped my goods. She is definitely a jewel and I appreciate all her hard work.

I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for excellent trustworthy contact/ Experienced interpreter/translator/guide/canton fair/buying agent in China.
