The current frontrunner in Yangzhou’s tiny pub scene is the welcoming Cellar Bar (赛乐酒吧) in the Ye Chun area. A great place to grab a drink (10 Yuan Becks for foreigners) or play pool, Cellar Bar has become a Yangzhou nightlife pillar for a fun mix of locals and foreigners.
