C & T’s pre-shipment inspections Service (QC Service) in China are often the last line of defense against receiving large quantities of defective products. Performed when your order is between 80% and 100% complete, pre-shipment inspections in China also allow for a sample of almost the entire shipment to be evaluated at once.
Pre-shipment inspections are conducted on-site at the factory before containers are loaded and sent to the port. Upon review of the C & T International Consulting inspection report that is sent shortly after each pre-shipment inspection, you will have the opportunity to issue any corrective action guidelines for your supplier before defective products leave the factory.
Why Inspect Goods Prior to Shipment?
C & T’s pre-shipment inspections allow you to determine the overall quality of your order, and determine the need to issue corrective actions before any products leave the factory. AQF will dispatch an expert team of QC inspectors to the factory to inspect your merchandise based on international standards and your requirements.
Pre-shipment Inspections Will Help You:
- Eliminate shipments of non-compliant merchandise
- Ensure product safety and function prior to shipment
- Eliminate late shipments

Zhujiang New Town (also call zhujiang new city) is the area in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China, which is between Huangpu Avenue in the north and the Pearl River in the south, and between Guangzhou Avenue as the west and the South China Expressway the east.
Zhujiang New Town is planned –and progressively taking shape– as the future Central Business District of Guangzhou. When completed, the whole place will become Guangzhou’s counter (part) to the spectacular development of Shanghai’s Lujiazhui Financial District. Just as in Pudong, all the major buildings are developed at great expense and meant to impress: designed by world-class architects known for their bold, forward-looking and state-of-the-art creations.
Zhujiang New Town covers an area of 6.5 square kilometers with a construction area of 14,960 thousand square meters. There are fourteen 20- to 40-hectare blocks inside the city designated by administrative block, residential block, financial and trading block, cultural activity block, and business and shopping blocks.
The Opera House is perhaps the most striking example of Guangzhou’s confidence and competitiveness. The building is Zaha Hadid’s first Opera House. The construction posed formidable engineering challenges, so all credit must go to the Chinese workers and engineers for completing such an incredible building. Hopefully, the Opera House will be able to attract international companies and artistes to perform regularly in Guangzhou.
For tourists, sightseers, local residents and photographers, the Opera House will be quite a wonderful contrast to the high-rise buildings in the New City, esp. the shoreline of the Pearl River, the skyline of Guangzhou’s Tianhe Sports Center and the 88-story Citic Plaza, combined with the Double Towers (Guangzhou International Finance Centre.) and the TV tower, create a beautiful view of scenic Guangzhou.

The design for the Guangzhou TV and Sightseeing Tower in China was won by Information Based Architecture (IBA) and Arup in 2004. Architects Mark Hemel and Barbara Kuit have proposed one of the tallest buildings on the banks of the Pearl River in Guangzhou’s Tianhe District, standing at a height of 610m. It is expected that once completed, the tower will have 10,000 visitors daily, especially as the city is playing host to the 2010 Asian Games.
Guangzhou TV & SightseeingTower according to different functions of planning that was divided into nine regions, which include television and radio facilities, sightseeing platform, a revolving restaurant, video games, restaurant, exhibition space, conference rooms, shops and four-dimensional cinema, jump etc.
The TV tower will bear all kind of facilities to entertain the public. So will there be a 4D cinema, a skywalk and various exhibition spaces.
But the top of the tower bears the most spectacular entertainment. Here, while standing on the sloping square, the public will not only be able to enjoy the panoramic view over the city but here, one can also try a ride in the WORLD’S HIGHEST FERRIS WHEEL
Columns rings and diagonals form together a web that varies over the section of the tower. The columns are all perfectly straight although the lean over to one direction, giving the tower a dynamic twist. They taper from bottom to top, so to further amplify the perspective view up along the tower.
The diagonals are more or less everywhere the same at 800mm. they consist of straight tubes that run between columns fixing the web of nodes into a stiff web. The rings are placed on the inside and their diameter is fixed at 800mm, they are truly round, following the curvature of the facade that runs along the inside
The nodes and tubes of the steel web, that give the tower is characterizing profile, are fully prefabricated and delivered by truck to the site from the Prefabrication factory in Shanghai. The elements are first connected by bolts, and only after the tubes all around have been welded together, the bolt connections are being burned off. Only After the first six rings and all the matching columns and tubes are constructed, the columns are lined out and filled with concrete for stability and fire-proofing
Highest Ferris Wheel
A ride is the WORLD’S HIGHEST FERRIS WHEEL will take approximately half an hour, making a full circle around around the tower. During this time the cublicles subsequently climb and decent the inclined top ellipse, from where one can enjoy full panoramic views over the metropolis of Guangzhou. A private rentable cabin seats four to six persons.

Beijing Lu Pedestrian Street, This is the main shopping thoroughfare, a pedestrian street where most stores are open from 9AM-10PM. It has absolutely everything; cheap clothes, good food and even a little history. There is a display of the original road from the song dynasty (960 – 1279 A.D).
In the center of the street you will see two underground archeological sites showing that this road has existed here for nearly a thousand years. Coke must have struck a good deal with Guangzhou’s municipal authorities because the pair of underground sites are sponsored by the American soda icon. Just in case you overlook that fact on the accompanying bronze plaque, then you can’t miss the Coca Cola logo that appears on almost every other glass panel which peers below into a pit with remnants of the Song and Ming dynasty roads on display. Permanently stationed between the two historical sites is the convenient Coca Cola Trolley, peddling the traditional glass bottles of what Chinese people not too long ago believed was a strange elixir that tasted like some awful western medicine.
The Xinhua bookstore is a good place to buy a tourist atlas of China. This is really the only shop around here that I would recommend. You won’t find any bargains if you’re looking for cheap clothing or those popular fake brand name designer goods.
There is a wide range of stores available, from a large modern-style department store to stores selling the latest fashions for young people, to the ultra-cheap shacks hawking t-shirts, jewelry and knick-knacks…
When you walk down beijing lu you will see little alleys on the left and right. In there are many little shops where you can bargain. Designer clothes, bags, all the girls stuff and a bit of guy’s clothes. There is tons of guys selling fake watches there as well and they will follow you down the road for a bit trying to get you to look at their stuff.
You will get exhausted when you see all the things are real cheap, but 1 thing, you get what you paid for. The things are not so good quality if it is real cheap. But as for a lady we will still buy if when we see things are cheap , it doesn’t matter at least we will use it for a few times it you dont like it anymore you can give it to someone else , after all the things that you bought are cheap .
If you are staying in GuangZHou hotel or Landmark Hotel, it is a walking distance, just about 10 minutes walking from the hotel to the beijing lu Pedestrian Street.
