Huangtaiji was the eighth son of Nurhachu, who was the founder of Qing Dynasty. Huangtaiji was born in 1592 and died in 1643. During his reign, he united the northeast of China, southwardly entered Korea Peninsula, westwardly fought against Mongolian and defeated the troops of Ming Dynasty for several times. In 1636, he officially established Qing Dynasty, and changed his tribe’s name to be Manchuria. He was ambitious and led his troop forward west. Via two large battles, he annihilated the strongest part of troops of Ming dynasty. Huangtaiji read a lot of books concerned about history and management. In military, he was bold and smart; in politics, he was pioneering and exploring; in culture, he largely learnt from Han people. He died before his military entered Shanhai Pass.

In 1559, Nurhachu was born in a slaver family in Manchu, roughly today in Xinbing County of Liaoning Province. In 1583, by right of thirteen suits of armors inherited from his father, he established his own troops. He led his troops and members of his race fought in the area of Changbaishan Mountain and Heihe River, and experienced a lot. After more than 30 years. He united many tribes of Manchu. In 1616, he founded a country named Houjin（后金）. Since then his power became more and more strong, and begun to lay a strong foundation for establishment of Qing Dynasty. He was hurt seriously during the war with troops of Ming Dynasty under the leadership of General Yuan Chonghuan. He died in 1626 at the age of 68. He was buried in the east area of Shenyang. Publicly, people call his tomb Fuling(福陵).

11. Flutter Kicks

Start off with three sets of twenty-five building up to three sets of fifty or set a timer and do continuous kicks for the time. For the timer method, start with thirty seconds, building up to a minute. Repeat this three times.

This simple breathing exercise will help to improve bad posture and realign your abdominal muscles. Bad posture and lack of exercise can cause these muscles to sit wrong, meaning that no matter how hard you work out, your results are never going to be as good as you desire them to be.

10. The Deadlift

The deadlift is arguably the best all round exercise you can do, working every major muscles group in your body. It’s an essential part of any serious ab workout. While compound exercises alone aren’t going to get you a six pack, when combined with targeted exercises, the deadlift will improve your core strength, meaning you can do much more on your targeted abs exercises. The deadlift works your abs for stability and balance.

Start with three of ten reps working up to three sets of twenty-five reps.

7. The Superman

The Superman will help tone your abs, glutes and lower back muscles aiding you with strength and posture. You can do the exercise in a repetition based structure or as a pose.

For repetitions, start with three sets of twelve and work up to three sets of twenty. For the pose, start with thirty seconds building up to three minutes.

8. Speed Walking

Speed walking is one of the best low impact ways to burn calories and body fat. Speed walking, either on a treadmill or outside, is a good way to get your body primed to show off your six pack by burning excess belly fat. It’s also a good way to maintain fat loss. Suck your abs in tight to give them a small workout too.

Aim to do three to five thirty to sixty minute sessions per week for initial loss, and two to three thirty-minute weekly session for maintenance.

5. The V Sit Up

Similar to the boat, the V sit up works by raising both your upper and lower body at the same time. The V sit up is a continuous movement rather than a pose which also helps to burn calories making it a great addition to your abs workout.

Start with three sets of ten, building up to three sets of twenty-five.

6. Standing Oblique Twist

The standing oblique twist is a great exercise to help you achieve the “V” look on your abdominal section. Start out by doing them with just your body weight, and as you progress, start to involve plate weights.
