Lizhuang Bairou (white meat ) is a very well known  traditional dish in Sichuan province. 

cooks have to choose the appropriate proportion of the fat and thin pig meat . it also requires cooks to be very good with knife. 

the full name should be called " Lizhuang big knife garlic white meat " 

the flavour is made with : soy souce , green pepper , red pepper, Sichuan chili pepper . conala oil . chicken powder etc. 

This is a chain restaurants managed by the North Korean government and staffed by North Koreans who also live on the restaurant premises. Each waitress was dressed in brightly colored North Korean traditional garbs. To begin there was lots of food to be served. The food was strange tasting and unrecognizable in most cases
