Xinjiekou International Cinema in Deji Plaza
This is one of the best quality and newest movie theaters in Nanjing. Tickets cost 40 to 50 yuan which also makes this one of the most expensive movie theaters in Nanjing.
There is also a video-game arcade within the cinema.
How to get there: Exit from the #7 exit in Xinjiekou (新街口) Subway station. Many buses also stop in Xinjiekou. The cinema is located on the top floor of Deji Plaza (德基广场).

A modern cinema in downtown.
The cinema in Deji Plaza is nice with clean and comfortable environment, the tickets price is a little bit expensive but they have 50% discount an every Tuesday and Wednesday, also if you are a student, anytime the price will be half.
I like to go there when it have some big Hollywood movie with English version, but not all of the foreign movies they have the original one, sometimes it will only have Chinese version. So make sure before you buy the ticket.
