Big Scarlet (Closed)

The original Scarlet is now closed. :(     The second Scarlet location in Nanjing, called "Small Scarlet", is located in the 1912 bar district [4].   The original Scarlet, within stumbling distance of Hunan Road [1] and the Nanjing University [2] area, maintains a large and loyal following, especially with the foreign crowd.  This dance-club is busy every night of the week which is something that cannot be claimed by many clubs in Nanjing. Drinks cost 25-30 yuan each, which is typical for bars in Nanjing. *How To Get There:* The bar is located down an alley that stretches between Hubei Lu (湖北路) and Zhongyang Lu [3] (中央路).  Look for the small "Scarlet" signs on Hubei Lu.
