About this place
Tandoor Indian Restaurant serves Jain and South Indian food, in a comfortable setting and at reasonable prices. The food is good standard Indian cuisine and the service is efficient. There is also a good selection of Nan breads, Indian drinks and, of course, Bollywood hits on the TV. A meal for two will cost around RMB150.
How to get there
Tandoor Indian Restaurant is in the lobby of the Shenzhen Development Centre, right next to Guo Mao metro station. It's the building just north of the one with Starbucks and Wal-Mart. It is about a ten-minute walk north of the Luohu border crossing.

The Tandoor Indian Restaurant has been running since 1981 and is regarded by food critics as one of the best Indian restaurants in Australia. It has been patronised by famous faces such as Elton John, Cliff Richards, Sir Bob Geldof, Elle MacPherson, Barry Humphries and Imran Khan, just to name a few.
