KITHULGALA

Kithulgala is a little town situated in A 7 road.mainly Kithulgala is well known as the best place for white water rafting in Srilanka.you can do water rafting on river called 'river Kalani '..river Kalani is the second longest river of Srilanka.

The Oscar awarded movie ' bridge on the river quai' was filmed in Kithulgala in 1960 s.and the debris of the bridge blasted in the movie still there on the river bank.

you can also taste some Srillankan dishes at  the government restaurant in Kithulgala.
