Lu cuisine

Jinan has its own cuisine, the Jinan style of the Lu cuisine  one of the Eight Culinary Traditions of China.  Beijing, Tianjin and the northeastern regions including Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning - are all branches of Shandong cuisine.
