Jinjiang inns are chain hotels in China. There are several hotels in Changsha city. This one is located in the center of down town. They have clean rooms and western style toilets. Rooms price is vary Cheap. Only their receptionists could speak basic English, but almost their services descriptions were written by two languages, Chinese and English.
