View the city sculptures at river bank Nov 17, 2013

There are some beautiful city sculptures at river bank built in 1960s, showing the nature, people and animal. The animals include antelope, deer, dragon, birds and horses, etc. Those sculptures stand within a big designed garden representing the core values of the city.

As we go from one magnificent masterpiece of sculpture to another, I begin to feel that I am looking at something very familiar, it reminds me of my childhood. And the sensitive observer of sculpture must also learn to feel shape simply as shape, not as description or reminiscence.
