Vesuvianitef Hot pot

This restaurant adopt unique way to cook fish. 

Use strong fire first to get the hot pot sauce boiled, then turn off the fire, add the fish slice in, then put a copper case with very hot vesuvianite inside, suddenly release the vesuvianite inside the sauce, and use the heat to properly cook the fish, which make the fish taste very good.
