Recently I was doing sourcing for garment

First step: Quality testing

So I gave different sample to different factory to make in order to test the quality

I got few samples back from different factory about one week later

Since they selected very simple design,the price is not expensive too

However,the quality is in different level and only one factory have good quality

Second step: Reliablity and cooperative testing

In order test the reliability, we have to make a trial order to them first to see how things going

If they finish and delivery the goods on time, if they make same good quality all the time.

To test the cooperative part,we need to see if they answer the phone every time.

If they will tell you at first time when any problems or updates to keep you informed of everything

Otherwise,you will have to push all the time for an answer which is quite depressing

Since China is a world factory and we have numbers of factories engaged in different industry, but honestly speaking this kind of good factory(reliable and cooperative with good price and quality) is not easy to find anyway. Normally it takes time to find it just like me

There are many people offering translation and business assistance service in china but all people have different quality level. Some people who graduate from school want to get practice of English but they do not have experience in business. Some people want to earn lots of money from customers. Some people offer bad service because they do not have good personality and education. But there are very few Chinese interpreters who provide good service with good heart to help customers.All in all,it is not easy to find the right one,no matter for factory or interpreter. So be smart! If you trust me,try me as I will be the right one!
