About this place

Shaobing is my favourite  food and it is also one kind of Chinese traditional snack with a long history.

In many places of China, Shao Bing is very popular. According to historical research, Shaobing was passed down from west part of China in Han Dynasty(about 1940 years ago) by Ban Chao(AD32-AD102) who was a military strategist and ambassador.

The main raw material of Shaobing is wheat flour. Salt, paprika powder and chopped scallion(or sugar for sweet) filled insides, dressed with sugar-shake mixed with sesame seeds outside.

The fuel in the pot is anthracite(blind coal), bakers use two tongs put unbaked cake into the oven and pick well-baked ones up.

Which one would you prefer, spcied or sweet?
