We will go to the Qinghai Lake and Taer Monastery Where you could witness the largest salt lake, the bird island, the sun and moon moutain, and the No.1 monastery, kumbum (Taer monastery).

Qinghai lake is about 150km aways from Xining. It's a great summer resort there.You can either stroll on the grass or ride on the  horse or yak. If you are more sociable, the hospitable local people will welcome you to visit their homes and enjoy the taste of tibetan life. There are various tents on the grassland.
