Get help from Guangzhou embassy if you need to sell your house but you have more than 1 passport

Hello my dear friends,

for example, if you are USA citizen,  you own apartment in shenzhen and would like to sell it or do mortgage cancelation but was told by the government office that your current passport No, is different the one which you used to buy the apartment. then they will required you to go to Guangzhou embassy to get a statement/certificate to approve you are same person for the two passports.  in such case, you have to make an appointment in advance through Guangzhou embassy website. and it's better you take your driver license together with your expired passport(s) and your current passport as well as your printed appointment letter.

one more important thing, the statement from the embassy will be in English which required you to go to shenzhen notary office to get it translated into Chinese and stamped.normally you are told it takes around 5 working days. but IF you can translate your document in advance and bring it to them for stamp only, they shall be happy to help to do it in one day or even immediately since it save them time and energy also. and it cost less than 100RMB for such statement.---sure different documents, prices different.

after all documents ready, now you can go to the mortgage cancelation center in Jinhu Culture Center,Shenzhen
