Presumably, Fairy Su is named for the light, virtuous sensation attained after a vegetarian meal prepared according to Buddhist precepts. Almost every dish is coated in too much viscous sauce, but it’s cooked fast, portioned generously, and served competently.

Your professional, experienced, knowledgeable tour guide
There is a family feel amongst the staff that is warm and welcoming. The downstairs is clean and bright. However, the upstairs dining area is even more attractive.They are expert in making faux meat dishes. The spicy "pork" was perfect after a long day of exploration in Beijing.
