About this place
Palacio Barolo was built in the 1920s and at the time of its construction it was the highest building in South America. It is marked by Eclectic style. Since 1997, the building has the status of the national historic monuments. It is 100 m tall and its design is inspired by the Dante Alighieri´s Divine Comedy. On the top of the building there is a lighthouse from where one can see spectacular view over the entire Buenos Aires.
