About this place

Strangers Hall is one of the oldest buildings in Norwich which dates back to 1320 and which for centuries served as home to wealthy people of Norwich. It is museum since 1900 and in its rooms are exhibited objects showing how people lived from Tudor to Victorian Times.

Except from seeing excellent exhibitions, visitors are available to buy souvenirs and access the garden on sunny days. On the lawn there are tables and chairs so the visitors can bring picnic. There are also historic outdoor games for children to play in the garden.
