Kiep Bac Temple

Kiep Bac Temple is located in a rich valley between Nui Rong Mountains, and it is dedicated to the general Tran Hung Dao who defeated the Mongols in the 13th century. The temple was built in the 14th century, and every year it is host to the Kiep Bac Temple Festival which is held from the 15th to the 20th days of the eighth lunar month. The festival attracts thousands of visitors. Besides the festive procession there is the attractive race of boats on the Luc Dau River.
