Long term cooperation is care about what customer cares

I rent a car for customer and went with him to one factory located in Gaoyao city.It took long hours to arrive since it is far place and the driver is not familiar with the roads.Anyhow we made it finally.

However,the customer was not happy with the quality factory made which was quite different from the confirmed samples,so i worked as an interpreter and business assistant to help them communicate and solve all problems.Sometimes i felt so happy because i realized deeply how important my work was and i always do best for customers.

While in China there are many supplier like this factory who make quality problem,delivery time problem etc

What i learned today is 1)We should do as what we promised to customers.If you promise you will delivery goods on May 5th,so never make them on May 15th.Even if any schedule changed,should confirm with customer in advance. 2)Long term cooperation is care about what customer cares.Basically customer concerns about quality,price and services.If you look for long term cooperation,you should remember this and do best to satisfy customer"needs.
