to make the soup balls

There is a traditional custom to make the soup balls on Lantern Festival in China. Normally,you can buy the sweet soup balls in supermarket which is made by the sugar ,peanut and glutinous rice .

Here is the Yunnan Han people making soup balls. It is very special,it is salted and made by meat ,similar to dumpling.
