lwith a history of 2000 years.it is said that 206 bc,the emperor of liubang commanded lujia to persude zhaotuo to be back to the han dynasty .he & his army settle down in this area & start to plant leechy & dig small rivers here.

During 917-971, here.with an area f 20 miles,the garden of nanhan emperor,called “xiande”garden was bulit in leechy bay.whenever the leechy time,the king invite all his people to have an banquit called red cloud banquit  to try leechy from here.

After ming dynasty,it become a public place, expecially the people who like poems & art to get together to exchange their interest derived from exclusively for the royal family.
