 A show-stopper is the Laziji, a dish that is 10 per cent chicken and 90 per cent whole,dried red chilli peppers served on a platter the size of an end table. 

This is the most authentic Sichuan food in Beijing restaurant, steamed chicken with chili sauce are delicious but don't get fed up with gross blood ingredients rich in Mong Kok, the Fiery kidney and boiled fish is also very delicious!
