The Former Residence of Dr. Sun Yat-sen

It is a gray two-storey villa with a garden. Dr. Sun Yat-sen and his wife Madame Soong Chingling had lived and worked here from June 1918 till the end of 1924, during which he met with Russian envoy sent be Lenin and released their famous joint declaration, and completed many of his works. In 1961 the residence was listed as national key cultural relics unit by State Council.
