Qing feng bao zi (steamed bun)

Qing feng bao zi is one of the time honored restaurant brand in Beijing. Old Beijingers witness Qing feng’s evolution and have always loving having baozi there. There are different fillings (cater to both vegans and carnivore) and I highly recommend the most popular one: dried mustard filling with minced pork. The combination of this two paired perfectly and made the bite is very pleasant. Another specialty of this restaurant is porridge with pork liver (this porridge is also one the most typical Beijing snack). The taste is very good… it is also the highlight of Qing feng bao zi eatery.
