Nanluoguxiang Bars StreetⅠ

Nanluoguxiang is a distinctive bar street in Beijing. The well-preserved Siheyuan in this area makes bars in this district are mainly decorated according to the style of Siheyuan. Hanging little red lanterns in front of the entrance and decorating in the traditional Chinese styles, bars in Nanluoguxiang emphasize the atmosphere only can be found in the ancient courtyards in Beijing

Different from Sanlitun and Houhai bars streets, most bars in Nanluoguxiang are quiet. Although they are located in a prosperous area, they are still kept away from the noisy city. Bars here prefer to express the feelings of Beijingers’ daily life. Most guests in these bars are foreigners, students from China National Academy of Chinese Theatre Arts and mid-aged guests. They can experience the old Beijing courtyards and get rid of the noisy metropolis, relaxing themselves by reading books or just surfing on the internet or gathering together with dearest friends.
