Xi 'an bell tower, drum tower
Located in the center of xi 'an city, the bell tower of xi 'an is the largest and best preserved bell tower in China.Built in the 17th year of hongwu emperor of the Ming dynasty (1384), it was initially built in the present guangji jiekou, opposite to the drum tower.
Built on a square base, the bell tower is a brick and wood structure with three eaves and four corners. It is 36 meters high and covers an area of 1,377 square meters
