Guangzhou zoo

Guangzhou zoo has selected more than 450 species of mammals, reptiles, birds, fish and other animals from all over the country and the world (2013), more than 4,500 (only), many of which belong to the world's rare birds and animals. There are 35 species of giant panda, golden monkey and black-necked crane under state protection, and 32 species of red panda and white-necked crane under state protection.

Guangzhou zoo is also a place where plants are displayed. There are not more than 200 kinds of trees planted in the whole garden, but more than 100,000 (2013)
