Temple of Heaven -- Lilac &  Apricot Blossoms

The Temple of Heaven features the largest lilac grove in Beijing. Lilac flowers are white and purple and smell incredible.

When to visit: From April to the end of May
Admission: RMB15 (park), RMB35 (all access)
Hours: Daily 6am-5.30 pm (park), 8am–5.30pm (sites)

While few people heard about apricot at the temple of heaven park, the park hosts the largest collection of trees and blossoms in Beijing. The trees are plantes during Qing dynasty and have matured beautifully over the years. The tree in the park's Apricot Forest will blossom from the end of March to the end of May.
