Taizhou's expat bar is on the 2nd Floor of 98 Hailing North Road (there are red carpeted stairs outside leading up and it has a sign stuck on the outside wall just like Ted Danson's bar in the old sitcom). Hailing North Road bisects Tax Affairs Street from the western arch end. This may all sound a little confusing but will make perfect sense once one's in the area. It's owned and run by an Englishman called Gary Watts.
