Guangzhou Book Center

Guangzhou Book Center is actually the headquarters of Guangzhou Xinhua Bookstore and operates in a 10-floor building on Tianhe Road. The bookstore is a large book retailer and is known as China's No. 1 bookstore. Opened on November 23, 1994, it has grown into a large enterprise that sells not only books but also a full series of cultural articles.  For most book lovers, this large book store is a place to stroll about among books as well as a shopping center where people can enjoy meals, coffee, arts or shop spectacles, musical instruments and sports articles.
