Flying Pie - Naan Bread

Naan Bread, a famous Indian snack, has got a local name of Flying Indian Pie when it enters China. As the cook, like an acrobat, turns it quickly in the air till the dough expands into a thin disk, you’ll smile at its Chinese name of flying pie. It’s said delicious, aromatic and crispy but I did not have the chance to taste it. Too many people were waiting around and the cooks were in no hurry.
