Kuan-yin Temple Black Sugar

Guangyi Ge or Kwan-yin Temple, a small town on the east tributary of the Pearl Rivers, is famous for a local specialty, the black sugar. The traditional farming crop of sugar cane has made her the suitable place to set up a sugar refinery, which exports over 6000 tons of black sugar each year. Black sugar is actually unrefined sugar and contains plenty of calcium and iron, nutritious and helpful to those suffering from blood vessel troubles.
