En route visit the Pinnwala Elephant Orphanage. This elephant Orphanage is setup especially for Abandoned or injured baby elephants. They are reared here and are trained to become working animals. Feeding and bathing in the river provide the best opportunities to see the animal’s close-up. Check in to the hotel in Dambulla.Day 02: Anuradapura – GiritaleRuwanweli Maha SeyaAfter breakfast you will leave for Anuradhapura. Sightseeing of the ancient city of Anuradhapura, considered the birthplace of Sinhala civilization & one of the world’s largest archaeological sites. It is considered as the greatest monastic city of the ancient world, & was founded in the 5th century BC. Proceed to Giritale for dinner and overnight.
