Mount Emei is located in Leishan City,about 154 kilometers from chengdu ,the capital city of Sichuan Province,and covers an area of more than 300square kilometers. It is one of the four most famius Buddhist mountains in China . It was inscribed on the List og the World Natural and Cultural Heritage by UNESCO on December6,1996. Mount Emei is also called a “paradise of animals”and a “kingdom of plants ”because of the abundance of fauna and flora resources. Mount Emei is famous for its beautiful and delicate scenery.
