About this place
Gone With the Wind is a small bar located in Huanggu District. It has inexpensive drinks, and there’s usually a handful of customers. It’s a regular stop for a few of Shenyang’s foreigners, especially students and teachers of nearby Liaoning University. The manager, Frank, can speak some English and is very hospitable.
In Huanggu District (皇姑区) on the east side Huanhe nan da jie (黄河南大街), a few hundred meters north of Shenyang No. 4 Hospital (沈阳市第四人民医院). Ask a taxi driver for shěnyáng dìsì yīyuàn.
