Offering the freshest seafood in one of the freshest environments, this French brasserie overlooks the eventful Lan Kwai Fong, giving guests a sense of involvement, with an added luxury of intimate privacy and comfort. Situated on the first floor of the LKFTower, the interior features exceptionally high ceilings, a tantalizing oyster bar and an open air balcony, which are the architectural highlights that speckle this 4,000 square foot venue.
Serving up authentic French fare modern dashes of creativity, the current menu is overseen by a native of Marseilles in the South of France, Guest Chef Raymond Rosso. Running until August 25th,Chef Raymond will bring his mouth-watering seafood specials to La Mer Brasserie. Seasonal oysters, lobsters and scallops will be available from the seafood bar, served with a variety of sauces. “Only the freshest produce will be used. The seafood and fish are of superb quality and require only simple preparation methods to bring out the natural delicate flavour,” says chef Raymond Rosso. Raymond has also been the chef of choice for a number of celebrities, including in infamous footballer Zinedine Zidane, singers Johnny Holliday and Jean Jacques Goldman, actor Gerard Depardieu, and former French Prime Minister Alain Juppe.
