Ancient Quarry of Lotus Mountain

This quarry dates back to the Xihan Dynasty, some 2000 years ago, where Chinese ancestors mined stones for building purposes. Since then, weather has smoothened the rocks and turned them into a beautiful landscape, which can now be experienced by modern tourists. The landscape has been improved by plantings of decorative bushes and flowers, and by careful improvement of paths. In one of the Caves, you will find the hundred mascots engraved, that is a hundred different signs of luckiness written in Chinese.
