For those seeking the best deals on airfare, tour packages, or hotels, I recommend heading to the CITS ticketing branch across from the Jinjiang Hotel and next to the Minshan Hotel on Renmin Nanlu (人民南路）. The staff speaks excellent English, and the agency enjoys perfect and ultra convenient downtown location on the Funan River. The agency has access to the top deals for every domestic and international airline.  Recently I was actually able to book a very affordable one-way ticket to Bangkok during Chinese New Year week, one of China’s peak periods of travel!

How to get there: The CITS agency is just south of the Minshan Hotel （岷山饭店） on the north side of the Funan River on the 2nd section of Renmin Nanlu （人民南路）.  Dave's Oasis, the Traffic Hotel, and the airport bus stop are all very close to the agency.
