Visa Extensions & Applications - Public Security Bureau

Take care of extending your visa or any other visa-related problems at the Public Security Bureau (PSB). Have all your paperwork ready and be as polite as possible. Don’t forget your passport (duh), and make sure there are extra blank pages in it. Go up to the second floor. The officials in charge of visa applications all speak excellent English.

Directions: From Tianfu Square, head east on Renmin Donglu (人民东路） on the northeast side of the square. Make the second left onto  the first major street, Shuncheng Jie. Walk for 15-20 minutes until you see the huge yellow sign that says "Exit/entry etc etc..." on the left side.  It is impossible to miss. The number 1 bus also runs along Shuncheng Jie past the PSB.
