Western food cooking

My brother is big fan for western food,especilly love cooking beef(see attachment is what he cooked)

As for me,I realize western food cooking is quite simple and food is also very simple. Sometimes we order a plate and it comes with few pcs meat,few tomato and others for decoration.

However,our Chinese food would come in so many different ways and variety. Sometimes we have to guess how it has been cooked. I think this is also another part of culture difference between China and Western regarding food
