Shipu Great Restaurant is perhaps the most famous seafood restaurant in Ningbo. It is located on Gong Qing Road alongside Moon Lake and close to the Tianyi Pavilion. The multi-storied restaurant specializes in Ningbo’s Yong Cuisine.

 

There is an enormous selection of seafood to satisfy the desires of any seafood lover. Fresh seafood is kept in tanks, and guests can simply browse the tanks, and pick out what they would like to eat. The chefs then prepare the selection to perfection. The restaurant is generally very busy, and it can often be difficult to get a table. If possible, making a reservation in advance is always wise.
