Qinglong Gorge Scenic Area is located at the deep mountains 25 kilometers north of Jiaozuo city, Henan Province with an area of about 108 square kilometers. With unique climate, green hills and limpid waters, and exquisite scenery, it is human being’s “Oxygen-bar” bestowed by nature. It is the best destination for primitive ecological traveling.
Qinglong Gorge Scenic Area consists of many landforms, such as, peak, cliff, ridge, summit, gorge, ravine, river, waterfall, and cave, etc. The nature’s superb craftsmanship has been thoroughly revealed here. The highest peak, Qinglong Peak, has an altitude of 1,323 meters. When you stand on the peak, you will sigh with the emotion that “Looking around, the world is so small” Both Qinglong Gorge and Jingying Gorge in this scenic area have salient features and are rather enchanting. Qinglong Gorge is about 7.5 kilometers long. With various shapes of ponds and limpid waters, it gains the reputation as “100- Pond-Gorge”. Jingying Gorge is 22 kilometers long. The current of it is slow and placid; the water is so clear that you can see the bottom; the mountains in the gorge are delicate and attractive. Besides, it has a distinctive view, that is, limestone cave. There are more than 20 caves of different sizes like Qinglong Cave, Huanglong Cave, Liangqinjia Cave, Sanguan Cave, etc. These limestone caves are of peculiar landforms and different shapes. Thus makes people express wonder and their appreciation when visit it.

Jiaying Temple is 12 kilometers southeast of Wuzhi County, Jiaozuo City with an area of 9.3 square kilometers. It was built in the first year of Emperor Yongzheng in Qing Dynasty (1723A.D.), and its architecture style is similar to that of the building group of Beijing Palace. It is on a large scale with many scenic spots, such as Imperial Tablet Pavilion, God of Wind Palace, God of Rain Palace, and King of Yu Hall, etc. Imperial Tablet Pavilion looks like the imperial crown of Qing Dynasty (1616 - 1911A.D.). It is sumptuous and gorgeous since the tablet is bronze outside and metal inside with 24 dragons twining on it and licorne as its foundation. The epitaph is written by Emperor Yongzheng (1723 - 1736A.D.) and it is delicately made. Thus, it is called as “the Best Copper Tablet in China” and regarded as the national treasure.

Qingtian River in the Northern Three Gorges is 37 kilometers northwest of BoAi County, Jiaozuo City, Henan Province. With the grand, precipitous, and quiet scenery and five millennia historic and cultural details,it gains the name as “the Small Three Gorges in the North,” and enjoys the reputation as “Peculiar Springs and Ingenious Caves Surpassing the Central Plain.”
Qingtian River Scenic Area consists of three small scenic areas (the Ancient Path, Daquan Lake, Yueshan Temple, Phoenix Ridge, and Stone Buddha Bench) and 108 scenic spots with an area of 45.2 square kilometers. In the scenic area, the springs and ravines are deep and limpid; the silver waterfalls are pouring down flying; the running water is gurgling; the springs are rolling. You can see different sceneries in every five steps and a different atmosphere in every ten steps, thus it is extremely enchanting. The Ancient Path is a traffic fortification in Henan Province and Shanxi Province, and is regarded as one of “the Eight Paths in Taihang Area.” When Cao Pi (Emperor Wen of Kingdom of Wei from 220A.D to 280A.D. ) went north to make war with Gaogan and passed here, he wrote down the famous poem Traveling in Cold Season. Daquan Lake is the most attracting one in Qingtian River Scenic Area. The total length is 7.5 kilometers. When you boat on it, you may feel that you are boating on the Three Gorges and traveling on Li River. Yueshan Temple is one of three ancient temples in Henan Province, and enjoys the same popularity as Shaolin Temple and White Horse Temple. It is also the birthplace of Bajiquan, one of the three most famous Quan in China.

The station is located south to Zhongyuan East Road, north to Datong Road, and west to Fuzhou Street at Erqi District. It was first built in 1904 and reconstructed in 1953 and 1988 respectively. In 1999, two further reconstructions were completed and the station has its present look. It is at the junction of Longhai (Gansu–Lianyungang) Railway and Jingguang (Beijing–Guangzhou) Railway. Due to its position and the number of passengers, the station is called the "Heart of China's Railway Passenger Transportation". Every day it operates more than 330 trains heading to over 40 Chinese cities with a total of nearly 160,000 passengers. Accompanied by the operation of Beijing-Guangzhou High Speed Railway on Sept. 28, 2012, the station began to serve high speed type to Beijing West, Guangzhou South, Shenzhen North, and Wuhan.
There are two halls in the station building; East Hall and West Hall. There are 12 waiting rooms that can hold more than 15,000 passengers. All services are shown very clearly on the 243 electronic guide screens. The ticket halls, in which there are altogether 60 ticket windows, can be found in both the East Hall and the West Hall. Walking through the central passageway, passengers will see two stairways on both sides as well as two escalators. From there passengers can get to Waiting Halls 1-8 on the second floor, among which Waiting Halls No. 7 and 8 are for bullet train (CRH) passengers. There are 14 platforms and Platform 7 is for Bullet Types.

Passengers can buy tickets at the ticket windows upon arrival at the station; or book in advance from reliable agencies like TravelChinaGuide China Train Booking Center.
Services and Facilities
Luggage Storage: There are five luggage storage offices. They are located at the South and North Exits on both sides of the main building entrance and in the Ticket Hall. The fee is CNY2/item/day for luggage that is lighter than 10 kilograms, and CNY4/item/day for luggage that weighs over 10 kilograms.
Information Desk: The Information Desk is located in the entrance to the waiting hall, and staff is available 24 hours a day.
Stationmaster's Office: It's located on the second floor. Passengers can go there to find answers to their questions about railway operations.

Shaolin Temple was established in 495AD by Emperor Xiaowen in Beiwei Dynasty for the purpose of housing the famous Indian monk, Batuo, who came to Luoyang, the ancient capital for spreading Buddhism at that period. Emperor Xiaowen was a dedicated believer of Buddhism so he decided to construct the temple at the foot of the Songshan Mountains to welcome Batuo, who translated many Buddhist documents and had several hundred followers there.ir capital from Datong to Luoyang at the end of the 5th century. Now Shaolin Temple is reputed as the Number One Temple under Heaven which was listed as UNESCO’s World Cultural & Natural Heritage List in 2010 as part of the "Historic Monuments of Dengfeng.

Ride camel to the Echoing-Sand Mountain and the Crescent Lake.Crescent Spring (Yueya Quan) is in theEchoing-Sand Mountain (Mingsha Shan), 6 km (4 mi) south of Dunhuang. It is an oasis in the desert. Riding a camel on the desert of the Echoing-Sand Mountain is a great experience. You can enjoy the beautiful wavy shapes of the smooth yellow dunes against the deep blue sky, and imagine you are traveling the ancient Silk Road.

Day 6 Turpan
Explore the unique irrigation project -Karez Wells.This irrigation system of wells connected by underground channels is considered to be one of the three great ancient projects in China.
Then come to visit the Ruins of the Ancient City of Jiaohe, which is a good vantage point for seeing the surrounding landscape of vineyards and orchards followed by desert and mountains.Later come to the Grape Valley. Lastly, pass through the Flaming Mountain, the temperature of the surface of the mountain can reach as high as 70 degree celsius.

Return to the downtown of Kashgar and visit the old town of the city.
Day 11 Urumqi Departure
Take a train from Kashgar to Urumqi and take a flight from Urumqi to your next destination.
