second , you should have a light down coat , inside you have to wear a sweater, also you can bring one more, when you go to attraction, you can wear, not usual , harbin inside bulding is warmer, the temperature 18 degree up zero.

harbin winter generally temperature is below zero 20-28 degree, also harbin is very dry, you don’t stay outside too long , otherwise you will feel very freezing , I believe when you tour and play , sometime you will sweating , so don’t let yourself get cold.
