Forth , you should prepare scarf and glove , the heaven scarf is necessary .
harbin winter generally temperature is below zero 20-28 degree, also harbin is very dry, you don’t stay outside too long , otherwise you will feel very freezing , I believe when you tour and play , sometime you will sweating , so don’t let yourself get cold.
